Ocean Spray is hiring a Senior Manager, Enterprise Value Capture to identify and size value opportunities across the enterprise. Based in Lakeville, MA or Boston, MA with hybrid work incl.

Mondays and Fridays remote, you will partner with Finance, Strategy, HR and leaders to shape a prioritized value creation pipeline. You’ll own the front end of the value lifecycle, develop hypotheses and success metrics, and ensure initiatives are decision-ready for executive reviews.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in strategy, transformation, finance, consulting, or enterprise program roles.
• Strong financial and operational acumen; ability to connect strategy to measurable outcomes.
• Proven experience influencing senior leaders across functions.
• Comfortable operating in ambiguity and shaping opportunities from concept to decision.
• Experience supporting enterprise portfolio governance and value based prioritization.
