Ocean Spray in Lakeville, MA is seeking a Process Engineer to lead development, scale-up, and qualification of equipment and processes to support global base business, innovation, and manufacturing optimization initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Food Science, or equivalent
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
  • Creative thinker with a passion for innovation, problem solving, continuous improvement, and engineering excellence
  • Proficiency with MS Office, AutoCad, MS Project
  • Preferred: experience with data analysis and visualization in Python or similar tools

Responsibilities

  • Contribute process engineering expertise to cross-functional teams to inform design, scale-up, and qualification of new products.
  • Lead technical assessment, validation, and commissioning of processes at OS and partner facilities, collaborating with RDS peers.
  • Identify and implement modifications to improve yields, throughput, and utility savings; advise on process control and optimization.

This will be a ***hybrid role*** based out of our corporate headquarters in Lakeville, MA with Mondays and Fridays remote.In this role, the Process Engineer is responsible for development, scale up, and qualification of equipment and processes to support global base business, innovation, and manufacturing optimization initiatives. This role collaborates with cross-functional teams achieve business and technical objectives and contribute subject matter expertise.
