Bright Horizons Family Solutions, LLC. seeks a Senior Manager, Enterprise UX Design to lead cross-enterprise UX initiatives and scale the design system rollout. Hybrid role with three days on-site at our Newton, MA headquarters, collaborating with product leaders, researchers, and partners.

You will mentor junior and senior designers, partner with UX researchers and product owners, and drive solutioning, accessibility, and governance across global product suites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 7+ years of Senior/Principal UX design experience with ownership of a successful B2C or B2B app/experience.
• Strong portfolio across enterprise apps, data dashboards, and service tools.
• Experience leading design systems, accessibility (WCAG/ADA), and design sprints/workshops.

Primary PurposeThe Senior Manager, Enterprise UX Design will support managing, planning, strategy and facilitation of UX research as part of an enterprise design team, supporting products across multiple products and business suites. This role is focused on driving cross-enterprise design initiatives, scaling and managing design system rollout, and collaborating across product teams to support solutioning and execution of product and service designs. Role will include solution design, UI design, UX testing and stakeholder management. Uses strong creative, technical and problem-solving skills to provide solution-oriented recommendations based on the results.Concept-to-delivery support for the client liaison (B2B) and consumer facing (B2C) experiences for Bright Horizons partners and customers.Support adoption, scaling, rollout and governance of Bright Horizons design systemDeliver highly functional, user-focused designs, wireframes, prototypes and annotations.Work with Product Managers to define user research needs, and provide solution-oriented recommendations based on the results.Participate in reviewing development work to make sure all user experience specifications and designs are implemented properlyStay current with design trends and BH Design System updates.Accessibility audit remediation for B2B apps.Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor's DegreeIn lieu of a degree, an additional 3 years of experience may be considered7 years of experience as a Senior or Principle UX designer with design ownership of a successful B2C or B2B mobile application/experience3 years of experience with Figma design softwarePreferred Qualifications:Must have a portfolio that demonstrates breadth of work across enterprise organizations that include design for consumer facing products, data dashboards and service support tools.Strong visual design sense, with a clear command of interaction design, and usability.Experience creating, deploying and governing visual design systems.Experience designing for accessibility (WCAG/ADA requirements).Experience with design sprints / workshop facilitationMust be detail-oriented, able to self-direct work and motivate team members.The ability to clearly articulate design decisions.Excellent communication skills, both orally and written, and an ability to build great relationships across the organization.Experience incorporating AI and LLMs into UX design process or designing consumer facing solutions that employ LLM or conversational AI.At this time, Bright Horizons will not sponsor an applicant for employment authorization/visa for this position.Be part of a community where people grow, futures are shaped, and lives are changed. The pay range listed here is what Bright Horizons in good faith anticipates offering for this job opening.
