Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.
• 15+ years of related experience.
• PMP or PgM certification required.

Responsibilities

• Define the enterprise project controls strategy, standards, methodologies, and governance model.
• Establish project controls approaches for design-build, CMAR, and other integrated delivery models.
• Strengthen budgeting, earned value management, forecasting, and scheduling.
• Develop leading indicators and executive dashboards for margin, backlog, cash flow, and risk.
• Lead modernization of project controls platforms and automate reporting and AI-enabled forecasting.
• Establish scalable standards for document management and data quality.
• Collaborate with leadership to improve project predictability and client outcomes.
• Build a geographically distributed team of schedulers, cost controllers, and document control professionals.
