Amazon Kuiper Manufacturing Enterprises LLC is seeking a Senior Manager of Business Process Excellence to connect manufacturing and finance enterprise applications. You will oversee end-to-end process architecture, governance, and the digital thread across product engineering, manufacturing execution, distribution, and financial close.

The role partners with ERP and functional leaders to ensure seamless handoffs, defines RACI, and drives process Standardization for scale in a multi-site

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 8+ years in product or program management or process architecture.
• Experience owning end-to-end process design across multiple enterprise domains.
• Experience with ERP-enabled process design (SAP, Oracle) and MES/EWM integration.

Responsibilities

• Define end-to-end process architectures and governance for multi-domain programs.
• Lead Design Authority forums and cross-functional collaboration.
• Map and optimize value streams from design to financial close.
• Partner with ERP/domain leaders to ensure feasible, scalable process designs.
