Job summary

Amazon seeks a Senior Manager, Business Process Excellence in Bellevue, WA to lead end-to-end process architecture across manufacturing, ERP, MES, and finance domains. You will establish governance, partner with ERP owners, and drive cross-functional process standards to enable cost-effective, scalable operations.

Ideal candidates have extensive experience in enterprise process design, Lean/Six Sigma background, and strong collaboration skills across manufacturing and finance teams.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering required; advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years in enterprise applications or process architecture within manufacturing/supply chain.

Responsibilities

• Design Authority governance to approve cross-functional solution designs before build begins.
• Define end-to-end process architectures and cross-boundary handoffs across the digital thread.
• Collaborate with ERP domain leaders to ensure designs are implementable within system capabilities.
• Establish process standards, ownership models, and governance forums for multi-team integration.
