Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Data Science, Business, Statistics or related field required.
• MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in data management, analytics, BI or commercial insights.

Responsibilities

• Define data roadmap and governance for Insights & Growth Strategy to ensure data integrity.
• Oversee category dynamics, forecasting, and AI integration to guide planning for a $7B business.
• Lead development of innovative analytics solutions, self‑service tools, and AI chatbots.
• Evolve BI platforms and tooling, drive adoption of dashboards like PowerBI/Tableau.
• Source and integrate new data sources to expand market coverage and capabilities.
• Collaborate with D&A, Marketing, and Global teams to operationalize data pipelines.
