Job summary

Comcast Advertising in New York seeks an experienced leader to drive strategy, planning, execution, and measurement of client experiences and brand events supporting Enterprise Agency sales. You will provide leadership to direct reports, partner with Event Marketing, manage budgets, and align investments with business outcomes.

This role requires flexibility, travel, and occasional after-hours work. A Bachelor's Degree and 7–10 years of relevant experience are expected; competitive total rewards

Qualifications

• Experience leading strategy, planning, execution, and measurement of client experiences and brand events.
• 7–10 years of work experience in event marketing or related field.
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Develops and executes a portfolio of client experiences and brand events aligned with Agency priorities.
• Direct leadership, coaching, and performance management for direct reports.
• Collaborates with Event Marketing to align priorities, optimize resources, and ensure a consistent client experience.
• Advises Enterprise Agency sales leadership on event strategy, prioritization, budget allocation, and resource planning.
• Oversees a portfolio of client experiences and executive programs aligned to business goals.
• Manages budgeting, invoicing, expense reconciliation, and post-event analysis.
• Provides strategic communications and updates to leadership and partners regarding event strategy and investments.
• Owns annual budget planning and allocation for Ad & Promo funds.
• Identifies opportunities to improve processes, tools, workflows, and measurement practices.
• Exhibits independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
• Maintains consistent attendance and reliability.
• Willingness to work nights/weekends and travel as needed.
