Comcast Advertising is seeking an events professional to support planning, coordination and execution of client experiences, marketing events, and promotional initiatives by partnering with internal stakeholders and external vendors to deliver high-quality event experiences.

In this role you will manage budgets, timelines, vendor relationships, and post-event reporting, work with cross‑functional teams, and travel as needed.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree preferred; relevant experience considered.
• Ability to manage event budgets and vendor relationships.
• Strong coordination and communication with internal and external partners.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate execution of client experiences, events, and promotions, managing vendor relationships and logistics.
• Own smaller-scale events from planning to post-event reporting with guidance.
• Lead defined workstreams with timelines, stakeholder follow-up, and budget inputs.
• Serve as day-to-day contact for event programs, communicating risks and status.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Creative, and other teams to align messaging and assets.
• Manage event budgets, track spend, forecast, process invoices, and find cost savings.
• Support vendor sourcing and coordination with venues, agencies, and partners.
• Contribute to post-event measurements and insights linked to objectives.
• Maintain annual network promotions calendar and post-promotion duties.
• Exercise independent judgment and maintain punctual attendance.
• Support nights/weekends travel and overtime as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
