Job summary

enGen is seeking a senior leader to drive the enterprise data protection program, translating technical concepts into business risk and strategic decisions. You will guide data protection strategy across DLP, classification, encryption, key management and activity monitoring, leading a multidisciplinary team to maturity and governance.

You will collaborate with security, cloud, infrastructure, privacy, and legal teams, ensuring policy compliance and continuous improvement across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field required; substitutions allowed: 6 years of experience for a degree.
• Preferred Master's degree in Computer Science or Information Security or related field.
• 7–10 years in information security/risk management; leadership experience desired.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for enterprise data protection program and privacy alignment.
• Oversee data loss prevention, data classification, encryption, key management and DSPM/insider risk tools.
• Lead a multidisciplinary team of analysts, product owners, architects, and engineers.
• Translate technical concepts into business risk and executive decisions.
• Ensure policy compliance, governance, and metrics across the organization.
• Partner with security, cloud, infrastructure, legal and business teams.
