Job summary

Vanguard seeks a Senior Manager, IT Delivery to lead two enterprise capabilities: Enterprise Transactional Communications and the Agentic AI Marketplace. You will drive vision, roadmap, and execution across marketing cloud, AWS, Bedrock, and LangGraph, delivering personalized client engagement and AI-enabled innovation.

You will lead cross-functional teams, partner with business and technology stakeholders, and ensure scalable, secure platforms that deliver measurable business value.

Qualifications

• Ten or more years leading delivery of enterprise-scale tech solutions.
• Experience guiding Agile product delivery orgs and cross-functional teams.
• Experience delivering customer engagement, digital platforms, cloud, or enterprise tech solutions.
• Knowledge of cloud tech, modern software delivery, and AI-enabled platforms.

Responsibilities

• Defines and executes technology strategy, roadmaps, and investment priorities.
• Partners with business, digital, marketing, operations, and technology leaders to identify opportunities for innovation.
• Serves as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders on customer engagement technologies, platform strategy, and AI-enabled solutions.
• Promotes a product-centric culture focused on business outcomes and customer value.
• Leads multiple product and engineering teams for enterprise communication and AI platform capabilities.
• Drives delivery of scalable, resilient, and secure solutions leveraging Salesforce Marketing Cloud and AWS.
