Vanguard seeks a Senior Manager, IT Delivery for Enterprise Communications & Agentic AI Platforms to lead strategy, delivery, and evolving platforms that enhance client engagement, personalization, and operational excellence.

This role oversees teams delivering personalized client experiences via Salesforce Marketing Cloud, AWS, Bedrock, and LangGraph, while driving AI-enabled innovation and scalable platform modernization.

Qualifications

Undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
Ten+ years delivering enterprise-scale technology solutions.
Five+ years leading technical, engineering, or product teams.
Experience with Agile product delivery and cross-functional teams.
Experience delivering customer engagement, cloud, or enterprise tech solutions.
Knowledge of cloud technologies, modern software delivery, and AI-enabled platforms.
Strong stakeholder management and executive presentation skills.
Ability to balance strategic vision with operational execution.

Responsibilities

Define and execute technology strategy, roadmaps, and investment priorities.
Partner with business and technology leaders to drive innovation and transformation.
Advise senior stakeholders on customer engagement technologies and AI-enabled solutions.
Promote a product-centric culture focused on business outcomes and customer value.
Lead multiple product and engineering teams for enterprise communications and AI platforms.
Drive scalable, secure solutions leveraging Salesforce Marketing Cloud, AWS, and AI technologies.
Oversee platform modernization to improve engagement, automation, and efficiency.
Manage funding, resources, and successful execution of strategic initiatives.
Monitor outcomes and platform performance to inform roadmap decisions.
Drive adoption of enterprise AI, including Generative and Agentic AI.
Identify high-value AI use cases with product and business leaders.
Foster responsible AI practices and scalable platform adoption.
Build and develop high-performing teams of product managers, engineers, and architects.
Promote collaboration, innovation, accountability, and continuous learning.
Develop capabilities across cloud engineering, digital platforms, marketing tech, and AI solutions.
Coach leaders to maintain engineering excellence and operational discipline.
