Job summary
Vanguard seeks a Senior Manager, IT Delivery for Enterprise Communications & Agentic AI Platforms to lead strategy and delivery of two high-impact capabilities. You will guide product and engineering teams delivering personalized client engagement via Salesforce Marketing Cloud and AWS, while advancing AI-enabled platforms built on Bedrock and LangGraph.
This role partners with business and technology leaders to translate priorities into scalable, secure solutions that drive client experiences,
Qualifications
- Ten or more years leading delivery of enterprise-scale technology solutions.
- Five or more years of people leadership managing technical teams.
- Experience with Agile product delivery and cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of cloud-based solutions and AI-enabled platforms.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute technology strategy, roadmaps, and investment priorities.
- Lead multiple product and engineering teams for enterprise communications and AI capabilities.
- Partner with senior stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure, customer-focused solutions.
- Monitor outcomes and drive platform modernization and AI adoption.
