Job summary

Crisis Prevention Institute Inc. (CPI) is the worldwide leader in evidence-based de-escalation and crisis prevention training for care, welfare, safety, and security across industries.

The Manager, Enterprise Account Management will lead CPI’s Enterprise Account Management team, oversee strategic post-sale experiences, and partner with Sales and cross-functional leaders to drive retention, renewal, and growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in account management or related roles.
• 2+ years of people-leadership experience.
• Experience managing strategic/enterprise relationships with multiple units and executives.
• Proven success driving retention, renewals, and expansion.
• Experience using CRM data to coach teams and improve forecast accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Enterprise Account Managers through coaching, performance feedback, and career growth.
• Translate enterprise-segment goals into team priorities and measurable plans.
• Oversee account assignments and portfolio coverage for high-value customers.
• Coach teams on transitions to account management, onboarding, and executive engagement.
• Monitor account health, renewal timing, and risk indicators with mitigation plans.
• Lead escalations and support complex, high-value renewals.
• Own retention and renewal strategy, including forecasting accuracy.
• Identify and document expansion opportunities for Sales.
• Establish CRM standards and thorough account planning.
