Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related technical field.
• Experience working in an aseptic environment strongly preferred.
• Experience in multi-site capital planning. Demonstrated strategic planning capabilities.
• Formal project management training or certifications are a plus.
• Experience with utility systems, wastewater pre-treatments systems, ingredient handling, food processing, and primary and secondary packaging systems preferred.
• Demonstrated track record of following LEAN Capital Initiative Management processes.
• Continuous improvement mindset, to challenge current processes both internal and externally with ability to bring adaptable solutions forward
• Comfortable communicating, presenting & influencing senior leadership on key technical issues
• Proficient with CADD and Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Project. Proven effectiveness in working collaboratively within a matrix organization

Responsibilities

• Lead capital planning and project execution across multiple facilities in the US and Canada.
• Develop and manage a 5-year capital plan using the Capital Initiative Management program.
• Oversee project KPIs including safety, CQV, on-time delivery, and budgets.
• Develop procurement strategies with the capital sourcing manager.
• Review business cases and lead project approvals.
• Mentor and coach team members across internal and external resources.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Quality, EHS, IT, and other functions to meet goals.
