Job summary

Sodexo is seeking a Senior Manager, Employee Relations to guide management on employee relations matters, with expertise in investigations and performance evaluations. This is a remote position with candidates able to reside anywhere in the US.

You will lead investigations, influence policy, and help ensure fair, compliant workplace practices. You will work independently yet collaborate with HR and leadership to resolve complex issues and improve processes, while aligning with Sodexo’s values

You’ll guide labor and employee relations strategies, resolve complex issues, and foster environments where people feel respected, supported, and heard.The role of an individual contributor within the organization focuses on completing specific tasks and projects; contributing directly through their skills and expertise. Performs specialized technical tasks to support operations.
