You will identify prospective brands, founders, and ideas with growth potential, shape the Walmart pipeline, and turn merchant priorities into proactive recommendations. Collaborating with Merchandising, Marketplace, Finance, and data teams, you’ll build scalable tools and storytelling that translate signals into strategic actions, helping merchants move early and scale

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Statistics, or related field.
• 4 years’ experience in data analytics, project management, business, or related area OR 6 years’ experience in data analytics, project management, business, or related area.
• 2 years’ experience using intermediate functionality of Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• BuildtheEmergingBrandsintelligenceengine–Buildthesystems,tools,andsignalsthathelpWalmartspotthenextbreakoutbrandsearlierandactfaster.
• Buildthebrandevaluationsystemacrossgrowth,demand,differentiation,readiness,andWalmartopportunity.
• Connectthesignalsacrosssales,search,social,Marketplace,DTC,competitiveretail,investors,andcustomerinsights.
• Workcross-functionallywithmerchants,SupplierExcellence,Marketplace,WMC,data,andinsightsteamstoidentifywhitespaceandprioritybets.
• Turndataintoactionwithsharpbusinesscases,recommendations,andleadershipstorytelling.
• Buildforscalebyimprovingthetools,reporting,andautomationbehindthework.
