Job summary

Regeneron Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Senior Manager, Clinical Trial Liaison Operations to lead country-cluster operations and field-based CL liaison teams within our Global Site Management function. This role supports the EMEA region remotely with 30-40% EU travel.

You will collaborate with regional leaders, study teams, vendors, and investigator sites to deliver quality, efficient trial operations and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and eight years of relevant clinical operations experience.
• 2–3 years’ direct people-management accountability; master’s degree preferred.
• Extensive global trial operations, field-team leadership, and clinical development knowledge.
• Knowledge of ICH GCP and regional/local regulations.
• Strong scientific communication, organization, prioritization, and investigator relationship skills.
• Fluent business English; additional languages beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Lead country-cluster operations and field-based Clinical Trial Liaison teams.
• Oversee vendor staff against SLAs and address performance concerns.
• Implement standardized feasibility, site selection, recruitment, retention, and investigator issue-resolution processes.
• Advise cross-functional forums on study, programme, country, capacity, and resource strategies.
• Build investigator relationships, conduct remote and on-site co-visits, support meetings, audits, and inspections.
• Report monthly metrics and maintain a 15% liaison workload.
• Foster a collaborative, high-performing cluster aligned with regional standards and continuous improvement.
