• Bachelor's degree and eight years of relevant clinical operations experience.
• Two to three years direct people-management accountability; a master's degree is preferred.
• Extensive global trial operations and field-team leadership experience.
• Knowledge of ICH GCP and regional/local regulations.
• Strong scientific communication, organisation and investigator relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead Clinical Trial Liaison performance, development planning, and workload management.
• Oversee vendor-provided staff and ensure adherence to SLAs; raise performance concerns.
• Implement standardised feasibility, site selection, recruitment, retention, and investigator issue-resolution processes.
• Advise cross-functional forums on study, programme, and resource strategies.
• Build investigator relationships, conduct remote and on-site co-visits, support meetings, audits and inspections.
• Report monthly metrics and maintain a 15% liaison workload; drive regional standards and continuous improvement.
