Regeneron Pharmaceuticals Inc. in the Americas region seeks a Senior Manager, Clinical Trial Liaison (CTL-M) to oversee day-to-day operational delivery for defined therapeutic areas, lead field CTLs, and ensure study timelines, quality and cost targets are met.

The role collaborates closely with Regional Head CTL, Country Cluster Managers, investigators and vendors to optimize study feasibility, site identification, patient recruitment and retention, and to develop a high-performing CTL team.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree minimum; Master's/Ph.D./PharmD preferred.
• 8+ years in clinical trial operations.
• 3+ years in a people management role.
• Experience in global clinical trial operations.

Responsabilidades

• Provides input in cross-functional forums to support alignment on study, program, and operational strategies for field-based CTL delivery.
• Provides day-to-day line management and performance oversight of assigned CTLs, including goals, deliverables, and metric reviews.
• Partners with the Regional Head and Country Cluster Managers to build a high-performing CTL team and manage workload planning.
• Supports CTLs in site identification, patient recruitment and retention, and regulatory inspections as sponsor representative.
