Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree (Electrical Engineering, or related engineering discipline) with a minimum of 12 years of prior related experience. Graduate Degree with a minimum of 10 years of prior related experience.
• Active Secret clearance required with the ability to obtain and maintain a Top-Secret clearance; ability to access additional classified programs as required.
• Minimum of 3 years of technical leadership, functional leadership, or engineering management experience leading teams on complex defense or aerospace programs.
• Minimum of 3 years experience developing Electronic Sensing/Attack, Wireless Communications or DSP related systems
• Experience with risk management, earned value or schedule-driven technical execution, and coordination across internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage EW projects within the Digital Design and Signal Processing organization. Aligning department resources to meet organizational commitments and priorities.
• Provide technical leadership across the full development and test cycle, including concept development, architecture, requirements analysis, design synthesis, integration, verification, validation, and qualification.
• Oversee requirements decomposition, allocation, traceability, and verification planning across FPGA & HDL solutions.
• Support staffing, forecasting, hiring, mentoring, and career development within the EW team.
• Assist in bid and proposal efforts and customer briefings for new business pursuits.
