Helion Energy in Everett, WA seeks a Senior Manager to lead the Electrical Engineering function for high-energy power systems, guiding the roadmap from Polaris toward Orion and toward manufacturable, mass-produced hardware.

You will develop managers and senior contributors, drive cross-team execution, and partner with company leadership on strategy, hiring, and budgets while keeping safety and rigor central as the organization scales.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Extensive electrical engineering experience, including high-power or high-voltage systems.
• Leadership experience (3+ years) leading engineers or leaders.
• Track record scaling teams and delivering complex electrical systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and scale electrical engineering across high-energy power systems.
• Own the technical roadmap from prototype toward manufacturable, mass-produced hardware.
• Develop managers and senior contributors; build organizational depth for growth.
• Drive execution across multiple teams and disciplines; remove obstacles.
• Partner with leadership on strategy, hiring, budgets; prioritize safety and rigor.
