Job summary

The Senior Manager of Education and Community Engagement will lead K-12 and higher education partnerships, expand Holocaust and antisemitism education, and share Jewish culture and resilience across Louisville and Kentucky. Working with the JCRC and Trager Family JCC, you will build durable relationships with districts, campuses, and civic partners, and help grow a statewide network.

This public-facing role requires strong writing, project management, and the ability to mobilize volunteers,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• At least three years in education, community relations, public affairs, advocacy, or similar field.
• Strong writing and public speaking skills.
• Experience with Jewish history, antisemitism education, and campus community engagement.

Responsibilities

• Lead K-12 and higher education partnerships for the JCRC and JCL.
• Expand Holocaust and antisemitism education across Louisville and Kentucky.
• Build relationships with school districts, colleges, universities, and civic partners.
• Coordinate programs like Student to Student and other educational initiatives.
• Provide trainings and develop teaching materials on Jewish history and culture.
