The JCRC Education and Community Engagement Senior Manager at Trager Family JCC in Louisville leads education partnerships with schools and colleges, expanding Holocaust and antisemitism education while sharing Jewish culture and resilience.

The role builds trusted relationships with districts, campuses, and civic partners, and extends this work to Lexington through a partnership with the Jewish Federation of the Bluegrass. It is proactive, public-facing, and part of the Frontline network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong writing and public speaking skills.
• Experience building relationships across institutions and communities.

Responsabilités

• Lead education partnerships with K-12 and higher education, expanding Holocaust and antisemitism education.
• Build educator networks and coordinate with districts, campuses, and interfaith partners.
• Represent the JCL publicly and manage proactive community relations work.
• Collaborate with partners to extend education outreach to Lexington and beyond.
