Job summary

LUCY is hiring a Senior Manager, Ecommerce & Retention to own the customer experience from the storefront to post-purchase, leading a lean team of in-house and freelance builders. This role is a hands-on operator's seat with clear ownership of retention, email & SMS, and site merchandising for a subscription-first ecommerce business.

You will design, ship, and measure retention initiatives, optimize the storefront, and drive launches and campaigns that keep subscribers engaged and thriving.

Qualifications

• Experience reducing churn or improving retention for a subscription DTC brand.
• Designed and measured cancel, save, pause, or cadence flows and their impact on renewals.
• Led storefronts through product launches and seasonal moments with timely delivery.

Responsibilities

• Own retention engine and storefront performance.
• Own email and SMS end-to-end campaigns and win-back initiatives.
• Own site experience, merchandising, pages, copy, and checkout UX for subscriptions on mobile.
• Own prioritization, requirements, and QA for site and messaging work, including launches and in-flight projects.
• Build and lead an experimentation program with data quality and tracking standards.
