Job summary

Ahold Delhaize USA is seeking a Senior Manager, E-Commerce Insights and Business Planning to drive e-commerce performance across 19 states and 2000+ stores. You will lead analytics, forecasting, and strategic planning for fulfillment across five brands.

This role collaborates with senior leaders, builds models and insights, and supports multi-year growth plans; the team works hybrid with Chicago as core location.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in consulting, strategy, analytics, or supply chain optimization.
• Degree or equivalent in statistics, data science, industrial engineering, OR, or related field
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills for executives
• Proficient in SQL, Excel; experienced with analytics tools
• Experience with analytics storytelling and building strategic narratives

Responsibilities

• Answer complex business questions with actionable insights and strategic frameworks
• Generate insights and support strategic decision-making across brands
• Collaborate with brand partners and cross-functional teams to model and analyze
• Analyze company/external data and modeling outputs to identify trends and gaps
• Present recommendations and modeling results to executives for buy-in
• Drive continuous improvement and develop internal artifacts and templates
