Qualifications

• 5+ years in data analysis, data science, network optimization, analytics, or supply chain optimization.
• Degree or equivalent experience in Statistics, Data Science/Analytics, OR/IE or related field.
• Core competencies in analyzing data, ETL, modeling, and data architecture.
• Technical skills in data querying, optimization software, and DB design.
• Analytical skills to work with large data sets and identify trends.
• Power skills in solution design, project management, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Software or programming in optimization platforms and data visualization tools.
• Background in retail or CPG supply chain analytics is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Enable the e-commerce network strategy team to answer complex business questions.
• Own end-to-end a proprietary capability, from design to deployment and roadmap.
• Evolve the solution ecosystem with best practices and external communities.
• Governing data inputs and outputs, maintain data pipelines and validation.
• Analyze company and external data to produce data-driven insights and visuals.
• Partner with data teams to deliver data and reporting to stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement through retrospectives, budgeting, and templates.
