  • Build & transform: Create scalable HR infrastructure to support significant growth.
  • M&A exposure: Lead HR due diligence and integration for newly acquired businesses.
  • National impact: Support multiple operating companies and geographically dispersed teams.
  • Leadership opportunity: Directly manage and develop an HR Generalist while building the broader HR function.
  • Strategic + hands-on: Shape long-term HR strategy while remaining close to day-to-day business needs.
  • High-growth environment: Join an organization with an active acquisition strategy and ambitious expansion plans.
What We're Looking For:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's/MBA preferred.
  • 10–15+ years of progressive HR experience with increasing leadership responsibility.
  • Experience leading and developing HR professionals.
  • Experience supporting multiple business units and geographically dispersed operations.
  • Proven experience supporting M&A, acquisitions, and organizational integration.
