Kiewit is seeking a Sr. Manager for Kiewit Service Delivery (Tier 1 Support) in Omaha, NE.

This role leads enterprise support across Technology, HR, Finance, and Shared Services, driving automation, self-service, and data-driven improvements to elevate the employee experience. The leader will shape strategy, performance, and partnerships with business and technology teams, delivering scalable, proactive support that aligns with enterprise goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in IT, business, engineering, or management.
• 5+ years of progressive leadership experience in service delivery or IT operations.
• Demonstrated success with service management best practices and performance metrics.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead Tier 1 Support operations across phone, chat, ticket and self-service channels.
• Drive continuous improvement in service quality, responsiveness, and efficiency.
• Define executive metrics and build dashboards for customer experience and capacity.
• Translate operational data into strategic recommendations for leadership.
• Establish governance for onboarding, reporting, and operational readiness.
