For our client, we are seeking a Director Digital Manufacturing Innovation to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space.

This leader will guide the strategy and execution of digital manufacturing innovation efforts across a global biopharmaceutical environment. The role will shape priorities, align stakeholders, and move high-impact initiatives from concept through deployment with clear ownership and success measures. This is a highly cross-functional position focused on turning digital and AI opportunities into practical manufacturing outcomes that strengthen data readiness, decision-making, and operational performance.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $175,418 – $237,331 annually

Responsibilities

• Lead the global digital manufacturing innovation roadmap and prioritize initiatives based on impact and readiness
• Manage the process from idea generation to deployment, ensuring clear ownership and success metrics for each initiative

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and translate complex issues into actionable plans
• Experience in digital transformation within a global biopharmaceutical manufacturing environment
• Track record of implementing digital products or AI solutions with measurable results
• Strong understanding of data ownership, quality standards, and integration across systems
