Job summary

International Motors, LLC is seeking a Senior Manager, Digital Engineering to lead diverse engineering teams delivering critical digital platforms for customers, dealers, and operations. You will shape the technology roadmap, modernize platforms, and foster a culture of engineering excellence and continuous improvement.

You will drive strategic technology leadership across full-stack, cloud, DevOps, and API-centric solutions, balancing business needs with technical debt, security, and platform

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and at least 6 years of information systems/IT experience.
Or Master's degree with at least 5 years of IT experience and 3 years of lead experience.
Or at least 10 years of IT experience with 3 years of lead experience.

Responsibilities

Define and execute the technology strategy and roadmap for critical applications and platforms.
Drive modernization including cloud adoption, APIs, and platform scalability.
Lead cross-functional teams in designing, developing, deploying, and supporting apps.
Establish standards, governance, and best practices for engineering.
Recruit, mentor, and retain high-performing engineering talent.
