Job summary

Yamaha Motor Corporation, USA in Marietta, GA is seeking a Sr. Manager of Technology & Digital Applications to direct the Front Office application portfolio, including CRM, SAP, analytics and integration platforms.

Qualifications

12–15 years of IT experience.
7+ years leading multiple application teams and programs.
Experience with CRM, SAP ECC ERP and middleware.
Strong governance, PMO, and IT controls experience.
Ability to drive digital transformation initiatives and cloud modernization.

Responsibilities

Plan, prioritize, and execute front office application platforms and initiatives including budget and resources.
Deliver design, delivery, and support for business-critical applications with reliable IT operations.
Manage vendors, SLAs, and contract negotiations while ensuring Yamaha standards.
Collaborate with business units and ISD user groups; provide status updates and reporting.
Oversee staffing, hiring, and performance development for staff and contractors.
