The Senior Manager will scale engineering practices, govern architecture decisions, and ensure reliable, cost-effective delivery while mentoring engineers and leading cross-functional initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline.
• Experience delivering complex engineering solutions across multiple teams.
• Experience with modern engineering practices (DevSecOps, CI/CD, test automation).

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, vision, and direction across multiple engineering teams delivering enterprise digital capabilities.
• Establish and enforce engineering best practices, ensuring adherence to standards, security, and operational quality.
• Lead architectural and technical reviews to ensure future scalability and technical integrity.
• Track multi-team engineering performance via KPIs and address delivery challenges.
• Oversee SLO/SLA adherence, incident response, and production support processes.
• Lead hiring, performance management, and succession planning for engineers.
• Serve as liaison between engineering, architecture, product, and business leaders.
• Drive modernization through process and tooling improvements.
