Daikin Applied Americas is seeking a Senior Manager, Digital Delivery in Plymouth, MN to lead Delivery Managers across multiple software teams delivering custom software, digital products, and system integrations. You will set priorities, align with SDLC standards, and drive governance and delivery excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Digital, Information Systems, or related field or equivalent practical work experience.
• 10+ years software engineering/delivery experience.
• 6+ years leadership experience leading managers or multiple delivery teams.
• Work visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, mentor, and develop Delivery Managers across multiple software teams.
• Oversee delivery of custom software solutions, digital products, enterprise platform enhancements, and system integrations.
• Manage delivery planning, prioritization, forecasting, resource allocation, capacity, and cross-team execution.
• Direct adoption of SDLC practices, engineering standards, governance processes.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Architects, QA, DevOps, Cybersecurity, and stakeholders to align delivery with business goals.
• Monitor delivery performance through metrics, dashboards, and portfolio reporting.
• Develop, coach, mentor, and evaluate Delivery Managers; support hiring and workforce planning.
• Drive continuous improvement, delivery predictability, and team health.
• Identify and resolve delivery risks, dependencies, and organizational impediments.
