Job summary

Daikin Applied Americas seeks a Sr Manager, Digital Delivery to lead delivery managers responsible for custom software solutions, digital products, and modernization initiatives that support business objectives. Location: Plymouth, MN. You will drive cross-team execution and ensure alignment with SDLC standards.

Responsibilities include planning, forecasting, resource allocation, and collaboration with product, architecture, QA, DevOps, and cybersecurity teams to achieve strategic outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years software engineering/delivery experience.
• 6+ years leadership experience managing delivery teams.
• Work visa sponsorship not available.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Digital Delivery Managers across multiple teams.
• Oversee delivery of custom software, digital products, enterprise platform enhancements, system integrations, and modernization initiatives.
• Plan, forecast, allocate resources, manage capacity, and coordinate dependencies.
• Direct adoption of SDLC, engineering standards, governance practices, and delivery methodologies.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Architects, QA, DevOps, Cybersecurity, and stakeholders to align delivery with business objectives.
