Job summary

Daikin Applied Americas is hiring a Senior Manager - Corporate Development - Integrations to drive end-to-end integration planning for acquisitions and strategic transactions. You will lead cross-functional teams, coordinate with business leads and Target leadership, and define Day 1 and integration execution.

Located in a hybrid role with a preference for Plymouth, MN and Remote IL, focusing on synergy capture and stakeholder alignment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent in a related field (Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Engineering)
• 3+ years in M&A, consulting, investment banking, or Corporate Development
• M&A integration experience as project leader and/or functional expert
• Strong business acumen, strategic thinking and analytical skills
• Proven project management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities and timelines
• Strong communication and presentation skills with ability to influence and build consensus

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end corporate development processes with a focus on integrations
• Develop and manage cross-functional project plans
• Align with business leads and Target leadership on deal rationale and integration approach
• Lead cross-functional teams through integration planning and execution
• Coordinate with outside partners and service providers
• Drive synergy analysis and planning to capture value
• Support corporate development Transactions team and executive communications
• Contribute to continuous improvement playbooks for the team
