Qualifications

• At least 6 years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Leading large-scale digital transformation projects, focusing on business process improvement and IT controls.
• Utilizing SAP, Oracle, and Workday to assist clients in managing risk and controls during their transformation journey.
• Evaluating and enhancing internal controls and governance processes to improve compliance with regulations.
• Applying systems thinking to identify underlying problems and opportunities within client organizations.
• Directing teams through complex and uncertain situations, maintaining composure and strategic focus.
• Crafting and conveying clear, impactful messages that tell a holistic story to stakeholders.
• Validating outcomes with clients, sharing alternative perspectives, and acting on client feedback.
• Initiating open and honest coaching conversations to develop high-performing, diverse teams.
• Modeling and reinforcing professional and technical standards, including adherence to the firm's code of conduct.
• Building and maintaining relationships with clients to identify and address business challenges.
