Regeneron Pharmaceuticals, Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager, Development Program Management to lead and coordinate development programs from preclinical through commercialization and lifecycle management.

You will provide operational leadership, manage budgets and timelines, and collaborate with global program teams in a matrix environment. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 7+ years of relevant PM experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with strong communication and leadership

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; 7+ years of relevant project or program management experience in pharma or related industry.
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication with stakeholders at all levels.
Strong presentation and critical thinking skills.
Exceptional organizational and time management skills with multiple projects.
Ability to build effective teams, promote cross-functional collaboration, and resolve conflicts with tact and diplomacy.
Preferred: experience thriving in fast-paced, entrepreneurial organizations and navigating ambiguity.

Responsibilities

Develop and track integrated program plans, timelines, and budgets.
Identify, assess and manage program risks and issues; develop risk management plans.
Manage PM systems (MS Project, SharePoint) and leverage tools to move programs forward.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders; frame complex context and decisions clearly.
Influence teams across functions; ensure alignment and manage cross-functional collaboration.
