Qualifications

• 12+ years of broad project/program management experience, preferably in pharma or related industry.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication to interact with all levels.
• Motivate others and build effective teams with strong presentation and critical thinking.
• Promote constructive interactions to address difficult situations and resolve conflicts.
• Handle multiple projects with exceptional organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional development teams and governance meetings to align plans, timelines and budgets.
• Drive strategic program plans from preclinical through commercialization/lifecycle management.
• Provide leadership, mentorship, and influence senior leadership on directions and outcomes.
• Identify risks, develop risk management plans, and ensure timely reporting of progress.
