Regeneron Pharmaceuticals, Inc. in Tarrytown, NY seeks a Senior Manager, Development Program Management to lead operational aspects of development programs from preclinical through lifecycle management.

You will partner with lead DPM and Global Program Head to develop integrated plans, monitor budgets and timelines, identify risks, and drive cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of broad project/program management experience.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical or related industry.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional development teams to coordinate plans, timelines and budgets.
• Identify and assess risks, track issues, and contribute to risk management plans.
• Facilitate governance meetings and reporting to stakeholders.
• Manage project management systems (MS Project, SharePoint) for programs.
• Communicate clearly with stakeholders and escalate when needed.
