Job summary

Regeneron is seeking a Senior Director of Development Program Management to lead a team of program managers within our Portfolio and Program Management organization, supporting Oncology in a hybrid capacity. The role focuses on strategy, cross-functional collaboration, and lifecycle management from preclinical through late development.

The candidate will drive talent development, establish training curricula, and ensure delivery of comprehensive plans with timelines and budgets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred; 15+ years of program management experience.
• Extensive pharma R&D project management experience and end-to-end drug development knowledge.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to lead and develop teams; influence cross-functional groups.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of program managers from manager to associate-director ready talent, building a high-performing group.
• Develop and execute integrated plans, timelines, and budgets aligned with company goals.
• Partner with Global Program Head on small to mid-size programs from preclinical through lifecycle management.
• Identify process improvements and share best practices across the organization.
