Job summary

Crusoe is seeking a Senior Manager for the Developer Experience (DevX) team to own multiple charters, including our AI remote agent platform and related tooling. You will guide technical direction, mentor other managers, and partner with stakeholders to remove friction and accelerate engineering flow.

You will shape the future of Crusoe’s software development practices, establishing a culture of quality and reliability while aligning development with climate and energy objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related analytical field.
• Experience leading multiple team charters in DevX and managing other managers.
• Fluent knowledge of AI tooling, build tooling, containerization, and open-source frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple DevX charters including AI remote agent platform and coding harness support.
• Define strategic technical direction and foster engineering excellence across Crusoe.
• Eliminate toil by automating repetitive tasks and accelerating development workflows.
• Develop libraries, tools, and pre-production environments for API vetting and microservice interactions.
• Unify internal tooling and vendor services to improve security and operational efficiency.
