We’re searching for a Senior Manager, Demand Generation to join our team. This is a fully remote position, with the occasional need for overnight or same day travel. The Senior Manager, Demand Generation is responsible for overseeing all multi-channel marketing efforts and driving revenue growth within business-to-business (B2B) professional services. This role involves developing and executing targeted marketing strategies aimed at generating and nurturing leads, optimizing customer retention, and enhancing brand visibility. This role requires close collaboration with industry and service leaders to develop inbound and outbound lead generation initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives and revenue goals.

What you will do in this role:

  • Spearhead the revenue growth objectives developed by the Chief Growth Officer to allow for the department’s contribution to the Firm’s mission and strategic vision.
  • Partner with industry and service leaders to develop and manage integrated marketing campaigns that drive lead generation, pipeline growth, and revenue.
  • Design and execute target account-based marketing (ABM) and segmented campaigns, tailoring strategies to high-value accounts and key decision-makers to increase engagement and conversion.
  • Leverage marketing technologies and analytics to implement customer retention and expansion campaigns, optimizing the buyer’s journey and maximizing lifetime value.
  • Coordinate the assignments of the marketing team to ensure execution and strategic alignment of demand generation campaigns with business priorities.
  • Utilize marketing analytics tools to monitor, measure, and optimize campaign performance, continuously improving demand generation efforts.
  • Oversee that website content and marketing assets effectively support the entire buyer’s journey, enhancing lead nurturing and conversions.
  • Implement lead nurturing workflows and automated sequences within our customer relationship management (CRM) platform to support the full sales funnel.
  • Engage with external vendors to implement and optimize paid media campaigns, enhancing brand visibility and driving conversion rates.
  • Direct search engine optimization (SEO) and generative artificial intelligence (AI) search efforts utilizing tools to track key performance indicators and inform strategic decisions.
  • Develop a well-rounded understanding of the Firm’s environment and operational methods to more fully account for both qualitative and quantitative variables in analysis.
  • Collaborate across various organizational departments and work with cross-functional teams to execute goals.
  • Manage the lifecycle of projects/business operations and/or subordinates.

What you'll bring to the table:

  • 7+ years of experience in demand generation, digital marketing, and B2B marketing.
  • Extensive experience with HubSpot, cold email campaigns, paid advertising, marketing analytics, and SEO strategies.
  • Proven experience developing and executing marketing campaigns that drive lead generation and revenue growth.
  • Proficient in crafting conversion-driven content across various digital platforms.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or equivalent experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in demand generation, digital marketing, and B2B marketing.
  • Google Ads Certification, HubSpot Content Marketing Certification, HubSpot Inbound Marketing Certification, or Online Marketing Certified Professional.
  • Prior experience in GA4, Posthog, Apollo.io, and SEMrush.
  • Prior experience in public accounting or another professional services organization.
  • Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills including verbal and written communication skills with the ability to represent the company in front of any stakeholder and a proven record of successful negotiations.
  • Proven project management expertise with a focus on strategic planning, resource allocation, and seamless execution of marketing initiatives to drive business objectives.
  • Ability to clearly articulate firm values and opportunities and to build dynamic connections with internal stakeholders.
