Qualifikationen

• Demonstrated experience in program management of large-scale DoW acquisition projects.
• Expertise in system integration, testing, and RMF/CMMC/NIST frameworks.
• Proven ability to manage complex technical programs, procurement, risk management and stakeholder engagement.
• Strong knowledge of supply chain risk management and configuration management practices.
• Leadership in directing cross-functional teams, subcontractors, and government stakeholders.
• Familiarity with handling classified and CUI materials per DoD policies.

Aufgaben

• Develop and implement a comprehensive operational cybersecurity strategy aligned with mission and objectives.
• Lead and mentor a team of cybersecurity professionals delivering solutions for defense and government sectors.
• Represent the organization in engagements with senior stakeholders and government partners.
• Oversee the development of advanced cybersecurity architectures and C2 system engineering.
• Ensure compliance with federal regulations and security standards (NIST, CMMC, RMF).
• Lead threat assessment, vulnerability management, and mitigation efforts.
• Maintain adherence to OPSEC and DoD security requirements and CUI guidelines.
• Drive end-to-end hardware integration for secure systems in diverse environments.
• Engage with government clients to address cybersecurity challenges and provide strategic guidance.
• Foster innovation and collaboration within the cybersecurity team and across divisions.
• Coordinate with OEMs/VARs and ecosystem partners for long-term support models.
