Job summary

FOX Entertainment Global is seeking a Senior Manager, Deal and Rights Management to oversee rights in and out for FOX IP across domestic and international territories. You will manage and mentor the rights management team and work with content studios to secure distribution rights.

You will translate complex agreements into data in Rightsline, support deal management activities, and ensure accurate, timely tracking of rights, terms, and key dates for licensing, formats, and acquisitions.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of rights and/or deal management experience.
• Experience reviewing, analyzing, and summarizing distribution, commission, production, rights acquisitions, and digital rights agreements.
• Knowledgeable and experience with Rightsline.
• Strong analytical, technical, and organizational skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage the rights management team with supervision from Executive Director and SVP, Business & Legal Affairs.
• Partner with content provider studios to secure, assess, and communicate available distribution rights.
• Review and analyze rights from content providers to summarize and record in rights management database.
• Review and analyze rights from license and distribution agreements to summarize and record in rights management database.
• Track and manage key dates and commitments across distribution deals to support licensees.
