JOB DESCRIPTION

FOX Entertainment Global is seeking a Director of TVOD and Revenue-Share to lead transactional content sales and account management across digital platforms and partners. This role will drive revenue growth through the strategic licensing and distribution of FOX content across TVOD, electronic sell-through, and revenue-share business models.

The Director will serve as a senior, client-facing leader responsible for day-to-day account relationships, commercial strategy, and execution. The role will maximize the value of FOX’s content by applying a deep understanding of licensed media rights, windowing, pricing economics, promotional strategy, and partner business objectives. Success will require strong analytical judgment, cross-functional leadership, and the ability to move complex initiatives forward under strict deadlines.

Regular, on-site attendance at the workplace for a minimum of four (4) days per week is an essential function of the position. The selected candidate must be able to reliably meet this requirement.

A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead TVOD and revenue-share sales strategy across a portfolio of digital platforms, retailers, and distribution partners
  • Serve as the primary day-to-day point of contact for key client accounts, managing ongoing account activity, priorities, deliverables, and escalations
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with platform, retailer, and digital distribution partners to support renewals, growth, and long-term collaboration
  • Develop and execute joint business plans with clients, using sales analysis, performance trends, and market intelligence to identify opportunities and establish priorities
  • Analyze account performance, title-level results, revenue trends, pricing, and promotional effectiveness to inform commercial recommendations
  • Manage promotional strategy, including content selection, pricing economics, merchandising opportunities, release timing, and marketing support
  • Evaluate and optimize content availability, rights, and windowing to maximize revenue across transactional and revenue-share opportunities
  • Partner with internal teams to coordinate title setup, product information, materials, pricing, availability, promotions, and other launch requirements
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Legal, Finance, Marketing, Operations, Content Planning, and Distribution teams to execute deals and account plans
  • Review and apply licensing agreements, deal terms, revenue-share structures, and other commercial arrangements to ensure accurate and effective execution
  • Support negotiations and deal structuring, balancing partner needs with FOX’s financial, rights, and strategic objectives
  • Track account commitments, timelines, deliverables, and workflows to ensure projects are completed accurately and on schedule
  • Monitor industry trends, competitive activity, platform changes, and emerging digital business models to inform sales strategy
  • Prepare clear account updates, sales analyses, forecasts, presentations, and recommendations for internal leadership and external partners
  • Identify and pursue new opportunities to expand distribution, improve performance, and increase the value of FOX’s content library
  • Represent FOX in relevant client meetings, industry events, and business planning discussions

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

  • 7+ years of experience in transactional content sales, digital distribution, licensing, or account management, preferably at a major studio or media company
  • 2+ years of experience operating as a direct client-facing primary point of contact and managing day-to-day account activities
  • Experience managing promotional strategy, including content selection, pricing economics, merchandising, and marketing coordination
  • Deep understanding of licensed media rights, content availability, windowing, and digital distribution models
  • Demonstrated experience in sales analysis, performance reporting, forecasting, and joint business planning
  • Familiarity with licensing agreements, revenue-share structures, commercial terms, and deal execution; negotiation experience preferred
  • Strong critical-thinking skills and the ability to translate data, market dynamics, and client objectives into practical recommendations
  • Proven ability to lead projects and workflows across multiple teams while managing competing priorities and strict deadlines
  • Excellent communication, presentation, relationship-building, and stakeholder-management skills
  • Self-starter who takes initiative, exercises sound judgment, and is comfortable managing responsibilities with limited direction
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple accounts, deliverables, and timelines in a fast-paced environment

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay rate/range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is $102,000.00-117,000.00 annually. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents. Benefits for Union represented employees will be in accordance with the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
