Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive Human Resources experience, preferably in entertainment.
• Broad HR expertise across lifecycle: talent management, organizational design, employee relations, performance management, and workforce planning.
• Excellent judgment and ability to navigate sensitive matters with discretion.
• Strong communication and influencing skills across executive, management, and staff audiences.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic HR partner and trusted advisor across the organization, guiding workforce planning and talent strategy.
• Develop understanding of the business to identify people opportunities and scalable HR solutions.
• Lead talent management and performance processes including succession planning and development planning.
• Drive employee experience and engagement to strengthen performance and collaboration.
• Provide counsel on employee relations issues in partnership with Legal and HR leadership.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and Compensation on hiring strategies and competitive offers.

This is a high-impact, individual contributor role for an experienced HR leader who can operate with strategic perspective while maintaining a hands-on approach to supporting the business.Reporting to the EVP, Human Resources of FOX Entertainment, the ideal candidate brings strong business acumen, sound judgment, executive presence, and the ability to build credibility across all levels of the organization.
