Qualified Recruiter, LLC is seeking a Senior Manager, Product Application Engineering – NAM/EMEA in the United States. The role leads a regional team across NA and EMEA, driving technical strategy, customer engagement, and fluid conveyance solutions for data center applications.

You will collaborate with Sales, Design Engineering, and Operations to translate requirements into production-ready solutions and guide product development with market insights.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field.
• 6+ years of experience in engineering or sales engineering.
• Demonstrated experience leading, mentoring or developing engineering teams.
• Strong ability to interpret technical specifications, engineering drawings and system requirements.
• Working knowledge of fluid system requirements, including flow, pressure and material compatibility.
• Strong customer-facing, problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to connect technical solutions with customer requirements and business objectives.

Aufgaben

• Lead, mentor, and develop a regional team of Product Application Engineers across North America and EMEA.
• Foster a customer-focused engineering culture centered on technical excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Guide the team in resolving complex application challenges and delivering effective technical recommendations.
• Oversee technical customer engagements from RFQ through product deployment and production.
• Support the deployment of liquid cooling solutions including QDCs and hose assemblies.
• Coordinate with Design Engineering and Operations to ensure smooth transition from customer requirements to production.
• Build strong customer relationships through technical expertise and communication.
• Develop and execute short- and long-term application engineering strategies aligned with global objectives.
• Identify customer requirements and market trends to influence product roadmaps and new developments.
