Job summary

Castrol seeks a Senior Technologist Data Center Fluids in Wayne, NJ to act as regional technical contact for US cooling-fluids portfolio. You will support product performance, troubleshooting, new product introduction and customer adoption across global teams.

You will collaborate with Technology, Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain and external partners, applying deep fluids knowledge to translate market needs into safe, reliable cooling solutions for data centers.

Qualifications

• Degree in Chemistry, Engineering or a related technical discipline.
• Experience in technical product development and/or technology deployment.
• Strong problem analysis, experimental design, data processing and reporting.
• Ability to develop technical ideas into practical solutions and deployment.
• Strong written and verbal communication in an international environment.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain deep knowledge of Castrol’s cooling-fluid portfolio.
• Advise on new technologies, materials, processes and standards.
• Benchmark competitor products and support performance evaluations.
• Lead complex technical troubleshooting and root-cause analysis.
• Deliver technical presentations and training to internal teams and customers.
