Job summary

Smucker is seeking a Senior Manager, Customer Logistics to lead supply chain strategy and execution for key customer accounts, driving service, product flow, inventory management, and cost efficiency. You will manage a multi-skilled team across order-to-cash, cost-to-serve, and vendor-managed inventory, collaborating with Sales and Finance to optimize performance.

Hybrid work arrangement in Orrville with on-site presence and core weeks; you will lead cross-functional projects to improve service

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree is required.
7+ years of relevant supply chain business experience.
Prior people management experience.
Data analytics experience.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to lead, influence and drive consensus.
Data Visualization Tools experience.
Effective communication skills.

Responsibilities

Lead cost-to-serve reporting and penalty fee forecasting with data visualization.
Manage customer inventory to meet days-of-supply and in-stock goals.
Monitor key supply chain metrics and drive improvement plans.
Lead cross-functional supply chain projects to improve service and reduce cost.
Understand upstream/downstream impacts across demand planning and execution.
Partner with Sales and Finance on revenue-related supply chain support.
Centralize penalty fee documentation and evaluate new programs.
